Regarding my previous post, I made empanadas (stuffed baked pastries) for the first time ever last week, filled with ground meat, onion, hard-boiled egg and generous amounts of curry because I didn’t have ground pepper or paprika and they would have been insipid otherwise. Turns out curry was a great choice and they came out deliciousss. Also, my repulgue (the folding and pinching of the pastry to close it) is fantastic thankyouverymuch.
