Be kind

Avoid judgement, especially on myself

Eat less meat

Scale back sweatpants, spruce up appearance/spruce up mind

Be humble

Say good morning

Be happy for others

Avoid texting as a real means of communication, call instead

Play the piano in the morning

No lingering on bad thoughts, no rolling around in bed brooding

Believe in self

Seek out animal friends

Move to a quieter apartment, but in the meantime no restlessness

Accept compliments

Give praise

Be curious and grateful and surprised

No complaining

No middling

Early to bed

Calm mind and heart—(?! this is the hardest one)

  re: calming mind and heart, go to nature, listen to gut

    re: listening to gut, I miss the sound of birds, the honking of horns and screaming                     of drunks is depleting, depleting of soul, silent screaming inside

       re: depletion of soul, be patient and still, detach. Be patient. All is well.                             When you wake up you see the sky.      

Be brave, travel somewhere new and challenging

Shift focus to others and to work, avoid festering in personal brain soup

Improve posture

Finish what is begun

Love without fear, love more
